Do you accept returns and refunds?
  • For damaged mail/ packages: Please contact me with pictures and details of your order, and we can discuss solutions accordingly!
  • For lost mail: I am happy to resend your mail, please contact me if you haven't received your mail after 4 weeks since your shipping confirmation

** for original pieces where there is only 1 of its kind there are no refunds or returns, if the item comes damaged please contact me and we can discuss solutions accordingly**
How do I manage my orders and subscriptions?

Can I track my orders?
  • For my MAIL CLUB orders: there is no tracking since mails are shipped via traditional stamps to keep membership low
  • For other orders such as archived prints from previous mail club months and other non-subscription orders: Yes, if you purchased the tracking option at check out.
How do I update my address?
  • You can log in here, and click Manage Subscription on the order -> Edit Shipping Address
  • Please note (!!) that changes to your address will only apply to future orders, not existing ones.
How do I change the address of an existing order?
  • Please email me regarding existing orders - only I can update the address for you (blerdthingz@gmail.com)!

  • If your order's shipped already, there will be a small Resend Fee for it to be re-sent to the correct address.

  • For mail club orders: please notify me before the 17th of the month, otherwise your address change will not be guaranteed.
I resumed my subscription for the current edition, but why does it say I won't be charged until next month?
  • That means you resumed your subscription after your usual billing date, so the current edition was skipped.
  • However, you can just cancel your subscription and purchase a new one, as long as it's on/before the 20th of the month 11:59 pm (EST time).
When will I receive my order?
  • Mail Club

United States: your order arrive within 1 week of shipment

For everywhere else: your order will arrive anywhere from 1-4 weeks after shipment

The time frame you receive your order depends on the shipping chosen at check out, please allow for in stock orders 3-7 days of processing.
When do you ship out mails?
  • For my MAIL CLUB orders: on the 21st-23rd of the month to allow for goods to come in towards the start of the corresponding month
  • For in stock orders: as frequently as possible, usually 3-7 days
